Hello. I'm working on a course in Presenter that features Engage interactions. When I publish the course locally or to Review, the regular slides are working fine while some of the interactions are simply spinning. Here's a review link.
If you jump to slide 4, it freezes. But slide 5 works. Slides 15-17 work, but slide 24 freezes. The behavior is erratic and I can't figure out what would cause this. Any guidance?
Sorry about those issues! We did release a fix for Articulate 360 today that should resolve the issues with Engage Interactions not playing back correctly.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.
Yes, I downloaded the update this morning. At first I thought it had fixed everything, but now I'm finding it fixed some things while breaking others. The release note says:
Engage 360 (Build 4.13.14869.0)
Fixed: Checklist, folder, and guided image interactions stopped loading during preview and in HTML5 output.
Those interactions do work now, but now the Labeled Graphic interaction is broken. Even when I try to preview a brand new labeled graphic interaction in Engage, it freezes and doesn't work.
Ok, thanks. Actually I was wrong about the browsers. Basically the Flash output works but the HTML5 does not.
I don't know if this would help, but in the course time at the top it gives a "NaN" error when I get to the labeled graphic slides. The other slides track the time correctly.
Thanks for your patience as we worked on a fix for the issue where labeled graphic interactions wouldn't load in HTML5 output. That fix is in today's update of Articulate 360!
Take a look at the release notes here, and you can install the latest update from the Articulate 360 desktop tray application by clicking Update.

Also this course worked correctly about a month ago, but some recent updates had me making changes today. Then these issues started.

It works in Chrome but not in Firefox and IE.
Hi Stephen,
I also just got a notice from our QA team that the Labelled graphics are broken in this update, so we're looking into that right now.
Sorry for the delay and confusion! I'll let you know here as soon as I have an update on that.

Best of luck!
Thanks, Stephen. That's what our team is seeing too (works in Flash, but not HTML5). I'll let you know here as soon as I can about this!
I've had the same thing happen in a project I'm making updates to. Will keep an eye on this thread!
Thanks Matthew for letting us know, and we'll keep you posted here!
