'Finish' button not working for some users
Feb 26, 2013
Good afternoon,
I have a course we built for a client in the Articulate Studio Suite, hosted in their LMS. I tested it in our LMS in IE, Chrome and Firefox (it worked) before giving it to my client to test in his LMS (worked again!). However, a few of his beta testers are reporting that they can't get the 'Finish' button to work in IE, though it works in Chrome and Firefox. What might be the issue here?
The beta tester who reported the issue is on Windows 7, IE v9. His Flash is all up to date.
Let me know if you need any additional information! Thanks!

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes, Shneay and good afternoon!
Since this is only happening for one specific tester, it sounds like it's a system-specific or browser-specific issue. Has he tested in other browsers? I'm assuming so, but can't hurt to double-check.
It sounds like it's probably a security measure within IE9 that's blocking the function for the "Finish" button.
There may be a compatibility issue between your LMS and Internet Explorer 9. First, you'll need to contact your LMS provider to determine if Internet Explorer 9 is officially supported by your version of the LMS.
Depending on the response from your LMS provider regarding their support for Internet Explorer 9, you may also find the following suggestions helpful:
