Quizmaker and reporting

I have searched through discussions and was reading the articles. I have published the scorm file to the LMS but it isn't reporting the actual score from the results. It will state that it was completed. It will display in reporting 100% if someone passes but not their actual score or feedback on each question. Can anyone help me fix this? I have went into the reporting and tracking tab and looked and the results page options. I am not sure what else to do.

Just to clarify, do you need help with getting your Quizmaker 360 quiz to report results to your LMS? Or are you trying to export your quiz results to an Excel file? Note that we currently don't support exporting quiz results to an Excel file - this is something you'll need to check with your LMS support team. They'll be able to verify if their LMS supports this feature. 

If you're experiencing issues with your quiz reporting, try testing your quiz in SCORM Cloud to see what results you'll get. If you observe your quiz not reporting actual quiz results in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can investigate the issue.

I was hoping that I could get results directly from Articulate for individual question data, rather than just pass/fail data if that makes sense. My LMS is just giving pass/fail data from the quizzes. Is that an LMS specific issue or does Articulate just not work that way?

These are the quiz data sent by Quizmaker 360 and Storyline 360 to an LMS: 

If you're not seeing any of this data reported to your LMS, try testing your course in a different LMS like SCORM Cloud to compare what reporting data is captured. If the behavior is only in your LMS, please have them check why question data isn't recorded in their system.

Hi Laura,

I'm pretty new myself but I came upon the problem with reporting completed instead of pass/fail.

What I realised is that when I was entering my settings to have it published, under the Properties in the LMS option I had it reporting as Passed/Incomplete instead of Passed/Failed.

I am not sure how to address the other stuff that you had problems with, but maybe that might be a start.
