Hello Ellen,

Happy to help!

Based on your screenshot, it looks like the DPI setting of your monitor is set to a value higher than 100%. As a troubleshooting step, please adjust this setting to a value closer to 100% to see if this fixes the issue. To modify this setting, right-click anywhere on your Desktop and select Display settings. The setting you need to change is this one:

Let me know if this works for you!

Hello Ellen,

Sorry to hear about the warning message when trying to change your workstation's "Scale" property. The screenshot of the warning message will be helpful, but your attachment did not come through. You might be attaching the screenshot via email. Please try using the Add Attachment button via E-Learning Heroes. We're happy to look into this for you!

Hi Ellen,

There's a possibility that your organization is blocking or removing any attachments in your response since your last one did not include any attachments either.

We recommend testing Replay 360 with the scale setting set to 100%, ignoring any warnings, to see if this fixes the issue for you. If it does not, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at your computer settings to see what's happening.
