I know this is an older post, but I am having the same issue described above. Do you have any ideas as to what might be going on? All of the files I'm working with are saved locally. I've even tried scrapping my project and starting completely over, but no luck.
Hi there, Kay. Those are good first steps -- thanks for letting us know what you've checked so far.
First, let's try a repair of Replay 360. If you're still unable to save your project after restarting, we can have a closer look at your media files with your permission. I've started a priority support case on your behalf, and we'll be standing by to see how the repair went! Just reply to the email you'll receive from support.
Thank you for reaching out and letting us know that you are running into a similar issue with your Replay project.
I was able to take a look at the case Kay worked on with our support team. Her issue was pinpointed to a specific audio file that was able to be removed (or extract if needed) and re-imported which allowed it to function correctly.
If you need our team to take a look, then with your permission, please share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.

I've just experienced this message in Replay. Have any common causes been identified?
Thank you!
