Audio and video "unsync" when published

Sep 14, 2020

I have a new course that I have been working on, adapting a template that I downloaded...I have the course built, and when it is played in the builder, it is fine, when I publish it for review, the audio seems to be about a half second ahead of the video?  Please help!  Thanks!

Hi there, Melissa!

It looks like your signatures came through instead of the course. This short video will show you how to edit them out if you'd like.

To get the ball rolling, I opened a priority support case so we can dig in and communicate directly. A confirmation email should be in your email inbox now. We'll see you there!
