I have managed to add background music to my entire project thanks to wonderful help from Ned in this thread. I reduced the volume quite a lot so it would play quietly under the voiceover however I've since discovered that it doesn't reduce it at all when you play the project on a phone to the point that you can't even hear the voiceover the audio is so loud! Does anyone know of a workaround for this?

Thank you for the Instructional Design tip Walt... however, that doesn't solve my problem; this is a client request so I'd like to be able to deliver on it, if anyone out there knows if/how this can be achieved?
