Can't Update Articualte 360

When I go to open Articulate 360 Desktop App it says update is required.
But I have tried clicking on Install Update and it does not do anything.

Hi Mischelle I did experience a few months ago, to solve it I had to completely uninstall Articulate 360 from my laptop and then download and install again. All been good since then. :)
