I can see videos progressively download (The Video Pauses and play again) when I test my story on my server, but here I have a link that says: "videos preload like other assets in Storyline 360 and Storyline 3 courses"
Hi there, Sara. Your video will preload with the slide according to the first part of the article. The last note about progressive video downloading in HTML5 output is for Storyline 1 and 2.
Are you seeing some issues with your video playback? Where in the slide deck does the video fall? Is it on the first slide, or further in?
Also, can you confirm what update of Storyline 3 you're using? Go to Help > About Storyline.
I've tested a 4 slide project and my video is placed on slide 4. My Storyline Version is Storyline.v3.5.16548.0
If videos preload like other assets in Storyline 3, Why I saw those play pauses ... ??? ( For the first time, then I have my video without those pauses). I'm sure that the video doesn't preload at all...

Do you have a link to your course that we could test out as well? I'd like to see if I'm running into the same playback delays on my end.
Also, are you clicking through immediately to the 4th slide or navigating through the course slide by slide as a learner would?
