I am able to publish to SharePoint by changing html > aspx.
I am able to embed a video (e.g. YouTube) to Sharepoint via iframe.
I am able to embed a video in storyline via iframe and view it locally.
I am UNABLE to embed a video in storyline and upload to sharepoint.
When I open such a file, Sharepoint automatically downloads html files created by Storyline. I've tried changing these to aspx as well, and while that stops the automatic download, it doesn't allow viewing of the embedded video.
Hi Bryce, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! We're glad you're here. 😀
The specifics of hosting in Sharepoint are a bit beyond my scope, but I know there are lots of other folks in the ELH Community who have used it. I thought it may help to link to a few of those discussions here:
I have been trying to launch SL projects from sharepoint using the solution aspx but it doesn't work. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I converted story and story_html5 to aspx but is always the same result. The system dowload the file. Could you explain to me how you did it?
I'm not sure if Bryce is still subscribed here, but you are welcome to reach out to the user directly via the 'Contact Me' option on the user profile if you do not hear back soon.
I also don't have much experience with SharePoint, but this community discussion that Ashley shared is a great place to start and ask follow-up questions.
Could you try hosting the course on Amazon S3 or Tempshare? If the video plays there, that will help determine if the issue is rooted in SharePoint or Storyline.

Take a look at those to get started, and you can also reach out to individual users directly if they have the Contact Me enabled on their profile.
Let us know if you need any other help with Storyline, we're always here to help!
