Feedback Master displays wrong

Apr 18, 2024

Hi.

In my course I use several Feedback Masters. But some of them are displayed incorrectly. What I mean it set one Feedback Master but another one is displaying. I checked which Feedback Master I set on which slide and it is correct. I checked images which I used on Feedback Masters - they are correct. When I check it by slide preview or scene preview it is ok. But in preview entire project or Review 360 something is going wrong and I see incorrect Feedback Master. It seems like 1 Feedback Master stucked or cashed. On some slides it even looks like a different Feedback Masters for correct and incorrect layers of one slide. How can I fix it?

Without seeing the entire story file, I suspect that there is simply a feedback selection that was checked incorrectly. I suggest one of these actions:

* Rebuild the slide and the feedback layers, then move the "bad" slide (with the strange feedback layers) to a "junk pile" in your story file (such as an unconnected scene, where you put different slides that you don't use).

* Rename the feedback layer that is showing where you do not want it to show. Then go to that slide and verify that the correct feedback layer is selected (but I think you have done this already).

You could also open a support case with Articulate and see if they can troubleshoot the issue.

Good luck!
