For choosing the correct answer you need to do drag and drop for this by selecting the answer and placing it on the "drop answer here".
Now I will tell you how to create the second questions. Please follow the given below steps:
1) create the new slide
2) Go to the insert tab and then click on the new slide- go to the graded- then select which type of question you want to create- then click on insert tab- form view will be open - then enter the question - then enter the choices and then select the answer and go to the slide view
3)Now you have created the questions

I think I would be created by Pick Many from in Quizzing -> FreeForm -> Picky Many.

The thing I don't get is that even if it is pick many, every option to choose is really 3 different answers to choose from.
Has to be a condition someplace. I just don't know how to set it.
