I want to import a FAQs interaction created in Engage '13 into my Storyline presentation, but I am getting an error that reads: The version of Engage installed on this system does not compatible with import. Install Engage 2.0 or higher.
I may be misunderstanding, but are you using Engage, Quizmaker or Presenter to import into Storyline? For example, you wouldn't be able to make edits to Engage interactions within Storyline as they're included as web objects.
If you have access to Studio '13 you can make the edits in there prior to publishing and then insert into Storyline as web objects.
Also, as an FYI when you reply via email your signature is included in the post. You're welcome to edit that and remove the information if you'd wish.
I know you were also discussing this video issue with my colleague Justin Grenier in another forum discussion and that he was going to reach out to you directly. He'll be in touch and we'll certain follow along there since the last reply in this discussion is about 2 years old.

Hi Daryn,
I'm sorry you feel that way. You can publish Studio '13 content for web, then embed it in Storyline as a web object. For example, here's how you'd insert an Engage '13 interaction in Storyline 1.

Ashley, thanks.
Two years old plus...because I simply got tired of no help and responses...then moved on to Captivate. I'd rather have the issue solved.
