I'm sure this has been discussed a thousand times already, but I want a welcome video that I created in the story to play automatically in my Rise 360 interactive block. I seen so many suggestions in other discussion, I am now confused...
Can someone give me a step-by-step easy guide on how to do this, please...
Which browser are you using? Sometimes, browser restrictions can prevent a block from playing automatically when the first slide has audio or a video. Currently, we found that only Firefox consistently allows Storyline blocks to autoplay, while Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari sometimes don't.
If your block has a video on the first slide and will not autoplay, one option that may help is to add a course cover photo. Here's how:
In the modern player. Mark the Cover Photo box
Select the + Photo link to browse for an image. Choose the first slide, a media library asset, a Content Library 360 photo, or an image from your computer.
