Hello everyone,
We are in the process of transfering a custom built e-learning course (in Flash) into Storyline. I have a Flash carousel to insert into Storyline. This carousel originally includes many Flash avatars that would each link to their specific sub-module on the course (using actionscripts, I think). As you know, in Flash, each link is opening a new swf file.
So far, I have manage to insert the actual carousel in Storyline in swf format using its xml file after publication to make it work (copy the file in main folder). The last thing I have to solve is this: is there a way to make each avatars link to their respective slide (or layer) in Storyline? If so, how?
Thank you very much for your time and suggestions!
Patrick

I've been meaning to try this myself. Someone linked a website that might have the answer you're looking for.

You could have a trigger on the main slide that when a variable changes (by input from the flash file) it goes to a certain slide.
Thanks a lot Jerson! I will see if I can make this work, while waiting for Storyline API. I will keep you posted if I ever succeed.
Cheers!
Patrick, I just wanted to welcome you to E-Learning Heroes. It looks like Jerson is taking care of you (thanks for that), but just let us know if you need anything further. Thanks so much and have a great day!
