Lots of Issues

A few months ago, Articulate changed my Educator subscription to a team plan without my permission or request. I am an adjunct instructor for a college and paid for this out of my own pocket. I use this program myself to create content for students. Since then, I've had issues that are preventing me from finishing my work.

1. Despite the Articulate Ribbon showing up in PowerPoint, it opens with an error that it couldn't load the Articulate add-in.

2. I get the same error when I try to upload something from PowerPoint.

3. I uninstalled, ran the clean-up file, and reinstalled it, but Studio 360 has been at the end of the upload and isn't finishing. It's almost like it's just stuck. It would appear that Presenter 360 is part of Studio 360, and I need that for PowerPoint.

Despite being an educator and paying a discounted price, this software has a hefty cost, and it's disappointing that I can't even do something as simple as importing a few slides.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get any of this to work?
