Thanks for sharing that video clip Harry. I followed the same steps and I still cannot re-create what you are seeing here.
Did you do the repair yet?
I found a very similar thread here and the user stated their default font was causing trouble with the one that is listed in this template. If you adjust the font, does the issue remain?
1) I downloaded the font and of course I got notice that the font already existed. Windows 10 asked me if I wanted to overwrite and I chose YES...still didn't work.
2) I went to my Font Control and deleted the Source Sans Pro font from my PC...then installed it again and voila...perfect.
Thanks for helping me get to the bottom of this Leslie. The "similar thread" thing got me to thinking about the eventual solution :)
Wow. Glad you were able to get that sorted Harry. Sounds like that font wanted to stay! Thanks for popping back in to share an update and the steps to your solution :)

Hi there, Harry. Have you been able to successfully import Content Library templates before on that same machine?
Also, what happens when you edit those fields?
Hi Crystal,
This is a new machine. Hmm... just looked further...seems it only happens with the Vibrance theme.
Regards,
Harry
Hi Harry,
I didn't have any issues inserting the Vibrance template myself, so I'd be curious to see if I could open your .story version to see the odd text.
Also are you inserting content library slides directly into your .story file or importing them in from a pre-existing file?
Hi Ashley,
Here you go. All I did was insert the first 5 slides.

Hey Harry,
Were you replying via e-mail perhaps? That does not allow your attachment to populate in the forums.
Be sure to click 'View' in the e-mail to come to the thread, then you can use the 'Add Attachment' option here in the reply window :)
Hmm...that's weird. No, I posted and attached from the community.articulate site. I also went back and clicked on the link and it opened, lol. Poof!
Let's try again.
It is weird, but I got the file that time Harry :)
I am not, however, seeing the issue you are reporting. Here's what I see when viewing your file.
Curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
If it's happening in any/all files, you should certainly conduct a repair of your software.
Hi Leslie,
Gee, that's odd.
I have attached a video of me creating a course, then previewing it. Just to add that it also looks garbled when published.
Other themes look fine.

Solved:
The problem was my Source Sans Pro font.
1) I downloaded the font and of course I got notice that the font already existed. Windows 10 asked me if I wanted to overwrite and I chose YES...still didn't work.
2) I went to my Font Control and deleted the Source Sans Pro font from my PC...then installed it again and voila...perfect.
