Open a web page and image file with one click

Hello all,

Is it possible to open two items with one click?  I'd like to open a web page and on top of it, have a message appear.  I need it to open the website first and have the image open on top of it.  Which brings me to a non-SL question.  Is there a way to have the image open at a certain size?

I'm having the link open a password protected site containing multiple files and need to let the learners know which file within the site to open..
