I have been tasked with updating some old content from PowerPoint and Presenter into Storyline.
When importing from PowerPoint I receive the attached error message. I have reviewed a number of threads here however, I've not seen an error message the same as this nor have any of the 'fixes' worked for me.
Could anyone in the brains trust decipher this message and what it means?
What you're seeing is a trace of the execution at the time that Storyline received an error. You'll need to send this to support for them to figure out why Storyline is failing.
