Hello. I've created a course that at the end the learner will print a certificate. The certificate shows up fine to print on the HP but doesn't on the Macbook. I can get it to show up as portrait on the top of the printed page, but landscape doesn't show correctly. The IMG below is on my HP. The screen shot is in landscape mode on the Macbook.
To clarify, are you observing this behavior in Safari for Mac, or across all browsers? Also, is the course being viewed through an LMS? It'd be helpful to see the .story file and test the functionality on our end. Do you mind sharing a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
