Question slide feedback master import problems
I have custom correct/incorrect feedback master slides in a template file that are not importing into new projects. I checked that the layers have the correct master applied, but when I import the question block into a new project, the feedback master does not copy over. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am sorry you're experiencing this, but thank you for starting a support case!
I see you are working with my teammate Carlo, and through the case, a bug was logged where Storyline projects with Feedback Master and Feedback Layers are not imported on new projects.
For additional information, this is how we identify and tackle bugs.
As a workaround, Carlo suggested saving the project with the Feedback master and feedback layers as a Storyline template, then importing that template to your projects.
We'll be sure to update this discussion when we get more information!
Hi, I turned to the forums which have posts that boil down to it not being possible to import the feedback masters, so it seems I have to copy things over some other way. I think support needs to be updated on this problem.
