Screen Recording - Not capturing the area in red box Mar 05, 2019 By Deanna Day Articulate Team, I used the screen recording feature last week to successfully create "How to" slides, using the view mode. Today, I am attempting to use the same feature (screen recording) and I am experiencing two issues: 1) In the preview, it shows part of the screen that was not in the red box 2) When I click insert, it is not inserting the slides into my Articulate file. I have checked my DPI resolution. This is my first time using the screen recording feature since completing an Articulate update last week. Using: Storyline product Deanna
