I am not sure the terminology that I am looking for, so I am having trouble searching for what I need. Here is my issues;
I have had a few occasions where users have completed the course, but there are no results stored to the LMS (SCORM Cloud). The course is tracked by the final quiz results, and has worked effectively for 20+ other users.
I am trying to find the settings that control when/how often data is returned to the LMS. My thought is if i increase how often data is returned to the LMS maybe i can decrease this concurring?

Articulate Storyline communicates course completion to a learning management system (LMS) as soon as the learner meets the completion requirement. See this article for more information.
What reporting option do you have set for your course?
We do have the course set to track using the quiz results. As mentioned we have had other users complete and record successfully.
We are trying to uncover other reasons why this users did not track any of his progress.
I am assuming the course reports back prior to completing the final test because the LMS saves the location, and records amount of time in the course etc.
I am not sure which direction to look, so any further details would be helpful.

Perhaps it's a setting within your LMS.

If you choose Prompt to resume or Always resume, and if you'll be hosting your content in an LMS, do one of the following:
