Storyline 360 hanging up in LMS

I have released a Storyline 360 training to our LMS for the first time and have had it tested by a few folks. For some, it stalled out at seemingly random points. They had to close and resume; however, it would only resume if they waited about thirty minutes or so. If they tried to resume right away or after a few minutes, the file would immediately hang up again. There are several videos in the training, would this have anything to do with file size? Many have taken the training in Articulate Review with absolutely no issues. Wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar...

It is probably a combination of the video sizes and your LMS. I have had things work wonderfully in review and not in the LMS. Does the LMS have a preferred browser they suggest? Otherwise I would try to reduce the size of the videos. Or allow Storyline to compress them.
