All afternoon I've been receiving this "crash" error pop-up whenever I'm trying to preview slides & the whole project, as well as attempting to publish. I noticed there was a software update for Storyline360, but these issues occured before AND after the update install. I've also rebooted my laptop 4x & have renamed the saved files, which changes the file thumbnail on my Desktop.
The entire Articulate360 software suite has been uninstalled & reinstalled, but no help. Finally, my coworker has the same S360 software version as I, but she can preview/publish the file, but I cannot. Per IT, there is nothing wrong with my machine.

I see that Ronaziel had the same experience and isolated it to a slide with an animation. Specifically, the animation did not have a direction defined under Effect Options:
Let us know if defining a direction helps with the crash!
