Trigger on Previous button

Yep, you got it right. In the current version the "Prev" button is untriggerable. There was some debate about that during the beta test.

There is no way to add a trigger on the previous button.  This was feautre requested many times so is hopefully on the way.

The only work around is to remove the player buttons and use custon next/previous buttons on your slides

The previous and next buttons are on the player so dont appear on the screen

OK - thanks - it's not a disaster - at the least the original route is retraced accurately.

In the meantime, the Previous button acts just like the Back button in your browser.  It'll always go back to the previous slide the end-user viewed.

Hi Brian,

I have downloaded Articulate Storyline Update 1. But, if I add trigger on the Previous button, it still takes me to the last visited screen.

Please see the screenshot below.

Please let me know if there is any other way for adding trigger on the Player's Previous button.

Hi Parag, 

In your screenshot above, you have "previous slide" selected for where you want the trigger to take your users. Have you tried changing the "Slide:" option to something other than "previous slide"?
