I am unsuccessful installing Storyline 360 on a VM running Windows 2019 Server. It is in a lab environment, and I need to record a simulation. I can get to 360.articulate.com, download the Articulate install. But when I try the installation, I get a 80072F78 error. Is there a way to just install Storyline, capture my recording for simulation, and then uninstall?
Make sure Microsoft .NET Framework is enabled. Here's how:
Type Turn Windows features on or off in the search field on your taskbar. (If the search field isn't visible, right-click the Start button and choose Search.)
Click Turn Windows features on or off in the search results.
Mark the box for .NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services if it's not already selected and click OK.
