I have a short video - a mov - which renders beautifully in preview mode but doesn't publish at all. It's simply not there. Anyone knows what's going on here?
In my experience, the MOV format can be a bit temperamental. Have you tried using Articulate Video Encoder to convert the file to FLV before inserting it into Storyline?
If that doesn't seem to work, could you try converting the MOV file to MP4 using Handbrake? I have also found DownloadHelper Converter to be successful in converting MOVs to MPG or AVI.

Your MOV file will be converted to MP4 by Storyline upon publishing, so make sure your server is configured to support MP4 MIME types.
