Browser not resizing to full screen

Hi everyone, I have had a good look through the forum and tried most of the suggestions that have been made for other questions like this one, but they haven't solved my issue. I have courses set to resize the browser to fill screen, and lock the player size. But when they launch from the LMS, the browser does not resize, so the Start button etc. is off-screen and they either have to scroll to see it or resize the browser themselves. We have varying levels of computer literacy so some people think they can't use the course because they don't know (or think) about resizing when there is a scroll bar in the window. Any ideas?
The course settings for publishing to our LMS:
Browser size: Resize browser to fill screen
Player size: Lock player at optimal size
No launch page
Flash with HTML5 fallback and AMP
Publishing 2004 4th edition
We have Win7, IE 11, our LMS is SuccessFactors.
I am going to try importing the old slides that were created in SL2 into a new SL360 project, to see if that might help.

Did you try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you see the same behavior?
That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that.
If it works correctly on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is coming from the LMS and you'll need to talk to your provider.
If you see the same issue on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is likely coming from the course itself. If that's the case, please reach out to our support team.
