I'm developing an online induction. When I publish it for peer review in Review360, the formatting of the slides is out of line. Is anyone able to suggest why this is happening and what I can do to rectify.
Hi Ian, make sure that your reviewers use Chrome and not IE to review the module. IE will cause font and layout issues. This is what we have found. Cheers Gerry
Hi Ian. Sorry you're having trouble with your project in Review. When I've had the odd issue here and there with things looking out of alignment using Chrome, it's almost always been a case of an uninstalled Chrome update. Have you been able to rule that out as a possibility?
Hi Trina. Thanks for getting back to me. I've checked the version of Chrome that I have and it's the latest. I've been told that this issue also occurs with Internet Explorer. Is this correct?
Hi Ian. I just checked in with our support team and we don't have any reported cases of this behavior with Chrome, nor with IE. I've asked our team to reach out to you to further troubleshoot, so you can expect an email from them shortly!

Thanks for the feedback Gerry. We are using Google Chrome and we're still getting these issue. Could it have something to do with aspect ratio?
