Open case

Hi,

 

I have an open case that's been over a week with no response from articulate. I've tried reaching out to a person using the chat feature, however it won't connect me to a person since my plan isn't high enough. 

It's created a new case for me, still no reply.

I know this isn't the right forum, but short of emailing the support team and using the chat bots you create, I'm not sure how else to get in contact with your team.
