Results slide: Selected questions get deselected after previewing...
After properly selecting the questions to be included for final assessment, and after running the preview, some (or all) questions get de-selected all by themselves. Why...?
Struggling with this for the last 2 days, and I got barely 4 days for the free trial to end. SL does have quite a few bugs, but this issue is a show stopper... :(
As usual, PhilMayor offers great sleuthing/troubleshooting.
If there are separate quizzes with Results slides in the course, and you want combined results, you can't assign the same question to >1 Results slide.
Instead, tell the "final" Results to calculate results for other Results slides.

How frustrating!
I've never had that happen. Perhaps the Results slide got corrupted? You could submit the file to the support staff: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact
I know one thing they'd ask about is whether you always open the file from a local drive. Opening files over a network can corrupt files if there's any network latency. You wouldn't notice a millisecond disruption, but the file could.
Years ago, one of the original Super Heroes told me he always closes Storyline files before letting the computer sleep or shutdown.
Since you're running out of time in the trial, I suggest you delete that Results slide and insert a new one, and see if that helps.

Thanks, as always, Judy. 😊

Do you have the questions assigned to more than one results slide?

Yes, Phil. The questions are linked to lesson-wise results, and then the final results as well.
I am testing both versions of the Final Results templates:
- Combined results from all lesson questions.
- Combined results from lesson-quiz results.
BTW, both are giving different results. 🙄

There is your problem, a question can only be assigned to one results slide.

Thanks so much, Phil. Finally got to test the entire course just now, and confirmed your solution. 👍
