Hi guys,
Me again :( I am creating a course in Rise. I am adding and editing content as per normal. I only have one edit window open and I am getting the following pop-up. My internet is super fast (Im at home not at work) so that shouldnt be the issue so I am not sure why its doing this?
I have the share url open in a different browser so I can track my edits. I will refresh this page every 10mins or so to see my changes. Any ideas?

Hi Bailey,
Thanks for the image.
For the browser that you're reviewing the Share URL in, are you also logged into your Articulate 360 account (or even in ELH with that same Articulate ID)? Which browser is the one your authoring in vs. viewing the Share link in?
Hi Ashley,
Chromr is the default for authoring and the only browser I would log into. I use Safari as the share link
Thanks Bailey - I wanted to make sure I was testing in the same way as you. I copied a share link for a Rise course, and opened that in Safari and then kept editing the course in Chrome. Refreshing occasionally in Safari and continuing to edit in Chrome. I never ran into the message that you shared. 😕
When does that pop up appear? Is it when you refresh Safari? After a series of edits in Chrome? Does this only happen on one Rise course for you? Does it stop happening when you close Safari?
There doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason for this happening. Here is another course I am working on just now and you can see from the screen shot that I only have the one browser active and 3 windows open. I dont have the share link open on anything.
Is my computer haunted maybe?
A haunted computer is starting to feel more like a possibility... 🙃
I'm going to reach out to a few other members of my team and see what they think! I'll be back in touch soon.
Hi Bailey,
I'm going to start a support case for you as my coworkers are still digging in! Keep an eye out for an email from Support@articulate.com - that'll be me! 😀
Fabulous thank you!
