Have you hidden the author under the course title and within every lesson? Here's a quick Peek tutorial on how to do that. If you've followed those steps and you're still seeing the author name in Preview and also when exported, could you please share screenshots or a link to your Rise course so I can take a closer look?

Ah, yes I see that now. I don't remember having to do that before though I will do it now for each lesson.
