Block Entrance Animations

I am creating a course in Rise 360 and currently have 2 lessons under a heading. In both lessons, the structure is the same as follows...
- Multimedia Block - Video
- Multimedia Block - PDF
- Text Block - Heading and text
- Interactive Block - Flashcard Grid
Anyhow for some reason when I preview the course the Block Entrance Animations when scrolling doesn't work for the PDF & Flashcards in Lesson 1 but does in Lesson 2.
What am I doing wrong? I have even tried publishing to review to see if it was a preview issue and it does it the same.
