Cannot access content library in Rise
May 30, 2017
Hello,
I've been trying to check out the long-awaited new feature of importing images from the content library, but it's not working as shown in the video. If I add a block with either a single image, and then try to edit the settings, the word that is there to click on says, "Change" instead of "Replace" like that shown in the Peek demonstration video. When I click on the "Change" link, my Windows dialog box opens for me to select an image on my PC. I don't get the option to "Replace from Content Library."
Likewise, when I add an image block with a gallery layout, instead of getting the "Replace" link, the only link I get is to "Remove" one of the images. I am using the latest version of Chrome for editing in Rise. For the life of me I can't figure out what's going wrong.
Any help will be appreciated!
Marty Evans

Hi Marty,
Sorry for the trouble. Could you please try logging out and then back in to Rise. If that doesn't do the trick, let me know and we'll jump right on it.
Mike,
Thanks for the quick response! That seemed to take care of it. I
appreciate the help!
Best,
Marty Evans
I am also experiencing this issue in both rise and storyline. I have logged out and back in but it has not resolved the issue.
Sorry for the trouble, Sarah! My teammate, Gren, recently shared a few links to help you get back up and running. Please let us know if you have any questions about what she sent you!
I have the same issue and I tried logging in and out several times.
Hi Brent,
In Rise you can only replace from the Content Library if you are using images. That is not an option for videos.
In Storyline there are videos in the content library.
