Rise Block Edit & Block Options are invisible
The edit icons in my Rise blocks are invisible today. At first, I thought I was in preview but I am not because the Preview button is available. If I hover in the area where they were (i.e. edit), my arrow changes to a hand and I can click and content/settings panel opens. BTW I did perform an Articulate update today.

Hi there, Kevin. That screenshot looks like the lesson title and padding is missing before the first block. Is that what you're seeing? Here is some information that will help us help you!
- What browser are you using? Does using a different one help?
- What are your internet zoom settings? Does changing this to 100% help?

Hello! I am experiencing the same issue today... I was using Internet Explorer and switched to Google Chrome and the issue went away :) thanks for the tip!
Thanks Crystal, yes for some reason when using Internet Explorer like Kelly G, the edit icons all vanish. I switched to Chrome and everything appears normal. But just to note, that this issue just appeared and had been working fine.
Hey folks! Internet Explorer is not a supported browser for editing in Rise 360, so you'll want to stick with Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.

Hi Sue, thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with Google Chrome. I recommend doing the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure your computer and Google Chrome browser are fully updated.
2. Clear your browser's cache.
3. Restart your computer.

I am also having this issue. I have already tried the three things Chino Navarro suggested without it fixing the issue. I am using Chrome and can zoom out to 50% and still no visible edit icons. Not sure what to try next.

- What version of Chrome are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache and restarting your machine?
- Is this happening with every block or new blocks? Every course?
- Can you share a screencast of what you're seeing when you edit your lesson? That will help us see if we can reproduce the issue.

Hello , I have the same issue, right now...editing in not visible anymore in Chrome & Firefox :-/ HELP !!!!
Same issue with rise edit buttons not appearing, but being active and working if you know where to click based on past experience. Once you click, drop downs appear and/or it edits as it would if they were showing.
It started about 2 weeks ago and is occurring in Chrome and Edge. I went ahead and tried my last build of IE just in case it would work, but the same there. Cache cleared, zoom in/out tried. I'm having my company delete/re-install all browsers overnight, but watching for a solution here as well.
Completely un-installing and then re-installing the browsers did the trick for me. Labels are back.
I was experiencing the same issue and only had to update and relaunch Chrome.
