I have a 3 courses build in Rise. They are the same copy of courses with slightly different content depending on role. The start course button isn't working correctly unless the screen is maximized of 2 of the 3 courses. Anyone has an idea why this is happening? It is working fine in chrome.
Yes, the button works in review and it works in LMS version in IE if the window is maximized or is bigger than how it opens. It works in Chrome either way.
In that case, we'd like to test the published LMS output on our side. Would you mind sharing it with us?

Hi there, Marie. That doesn't sound quite right. Can you make another copy of the course from a working version and test to see if it works in IE?

That's a great question. We'd want to compare how the course Share link behaves against how the published output behaves in your LMS.
