There is a thread similar to this, but it's old, and it's related to an LMS problem. I am publishing Rise courses to the web, and they open to a blank screen in IE 11. I have already tried all the compatibility mode fixes referenced in another article (browsers are not in compatibility mode), and there is no intervening LMS involved, I am simply trying to open a Rise course from a standard URL (it's a URL restricted to our network behind a firewall, but that shouldn't make a difference I wouldn't think). Anybody else with this problem? Any fixes?
Does this also apply to Storyline 360 courses? We are seeing erratic behavior with some courses and getting blank grey screens on launch in IE lately. It does not effect everyone though for some reason.

We were seeing an issue yesterday with Rise 360 courses appearing blank in Internet Explorer 11, but we've since fixed the issue.
Try re-publishing the course, host it on a web server, and view it in Internet Explorer again. Let me know if you see an improvement!

For Storyline 360, we recommend you turn off Compatibility View for sites where your courses are hosted if you're using Internet Explorer.
