The download works just fine for me. My point is the document is not accessible, as in they didn't use their own accessibility checklist to make the document accessible.

Yes, the links in the recent Articulate email do not work for me! I am getting a connection error in ALL browsers using Windows (EDGE, Chrome and Firefox)
