Hello Jodi,
I just love what you did, Thank you for sharing ! I would like very much to use your template but when I open it, I cannot see the calques and there is no way for me to change the text. Have you got any idea why ? I'm new at using articulate so maybe that the reason I cannot find the problem. Do you think that it's because I'm missing some fonts ?
Hi, I'm sorry I didn't see your message earlier. I created a quick screencast for how this list story works. See if this helps you! https://www.screencast.com/t/lOT009amn
Thanks for such beautiful design. I loved it. but I didn't understand it. if I want to reduce the numbers i just couldn't , I also couldn't ungroup it. Thanks
Hi Raga,
Here's a quick explanation of the different moving parts of this project. I thought it was easier to show it to you. Let me know if you still have questions! https://www.screencast.com/t/lOT009amn
Good morning from Texas!! I would like the list to only have 7 entries. I am struggling with how to remove the last 3 boxes and to get the explanation to show up... Any suggestions truly appreciated!!

Hi Gina,
The art for this project was built in Adobe Illustrator. Here is a link to the file. You can delete the boxes you like. If you don't have AI, let me know which boxes you want to delete and I can send it to you.

I reworked the art for you. It just took a few minutes. See if this works for you. It has a panel for each list item 1-10.
Hi All,
Here's a link to a storyline file with the list art built into it. You can find the art in the media library and I created a list that grows from one item to all ten. Look in the states.

I didn't realize I deleted the screencast I made so sorry for the dead link on that. But this file download should have everything you need.
I can't figure out how to change what pops up on the right when I click on a number ?
ANyone figure this out .. I really like this design and I managed to change the words by the numbers but can't find the pop-up words ...
thanks
Hi Donna. I had to go back and remember how I constructed this slide. :) When you open the storyline file you'll see the first thing on the timeline is a blank white rectangle called "Explanation Box". Look at that item in the STATES panel and you'll see 10 states, each one corresponding to a number/marker in the list. When you click on each marker, the state of the box changed to reveal the text. If you have trouble with it, contact me via email and I'll walk through it with you on Zoom.
Oh Thank you !
I can't believe you even saw this after all these years ! Thanks for the
offer to ZOom too - but I think it got the hard part.
I got it to work - but some how I messed up the first line - it doesn't
display when I click on circle 1. I think because I was originally going
to reorder them but decided that was too complicated.
I will just start over with a fresh download ... unless you remember off
hand how to switch that on.
Thanks again ! This is so cool they are going to love it.
Donna
I got it to work !! I didn't evenhave to redo it - the first block was set to hide somehow.
Thanks - this is perfect !!
Thanks for sharing this and your offer of help !
Glad to hear it. I needed a way to only show one explanation at a time and I used the layers for the tabs. There might be a better way to accomplish the effect but I couldn't think of one at the time. :)
