Forgive me if this has been addressed, but i'm new to Storyline. I want to use the Prompt to Resume feature, so a user can bookmark within a long course. But we encourage our users to retake courses if necessary and I noticed that if I access the course AFTER I've completed it, and cancel the Prompt to Resume, it resets the completion status in SCORM, thus making me retake the course in its entirety to reach a completed status again. Is there a setting or feature that allows a user to retake a completed course without affecting their initial completed status?
