Scrolling Panels

Hi,

I have a project in which I scroll down in a Scrolling panel and click a hotspot over a dropdown to show a layer containing the opened dropdown list.  The only thing is, since I don't exactly how far someone might scroll down, it's impossible to place the open dropdown in a position that aligns with with the unopened dropdown.

Is there anyway I could have the new layer with a scrolling panel "remember" the relative position previously scrolled to so that everything matches up?
