Tracking/reporting Quiz data in Storyline

Hi, I may be missing something but I need help understanding how to configure my quiz. 

The goal is for the learner to achieve 100% on the first attempt of each question. Only then do I want a 100% score sent to the LMS.

Also, the learner must try again until they get each question right, then they get feedback about the correct answer. They may try 3 times before getting it correct. So, at the end of the question, is a "correct" response sent to the LMS? I want to avoid this. 

I've tinkered with the Results slide, setting "Success" to equal a total point Value (of 100 for 10 questions at 10 points each), but I'm not sure if this will achieve my desired result. Any ideas? Thanks!
