Hi, Group: For an upcoming podcast episode on Cathy Moore's Action Mapping method, I'd like to talk with people who have used Action Mapping to create or revise a training program. I'm especially interested in stories with an element of drama: management or colleagues were resistant to Action Mapping, you were skeptical but the results won you over, etc.
