Seeking an e-learning Developer using Articulate in the Mpls/SP

We are looking for a developer with strong graphic design and instructional design experience to help us with a couple of short-term projects. 

The projects are short “mini-modules” of 5-10 minutes related to interpersonal skill development. These mini-mods are part of a multi-modal learning approach.  Ideal consultant would have instructional design experience in these types of skills and strong background in graphic design.
