World Class Training Facilitator/Instructional Designer Desired

Experis is helping our client, a leading Tech company in North Austin find a Training Facilitator / Instructional Designer to build and deliver internal courses for marketing/sales employees.

This is a 6 month + contract.

The courses will primarily be Instructor-Led Training (ILT) but may include virtual learning. Candidates will be preferably familiar with business and marketing/sales and shall work with internal Subject Matter Experts to create training aimed at different marketing roles within the company.

Requirements:

Experience in Instructional Design in adult learning environment
Experience with facilitation, preferably in the technology sector and focused on experiential learning.
Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint & Word
Excellent communication skills to work independently with cross-functional teams. Some experience or interest in organizational development important.

Nice to have:

Experience in Adobe Connect and Adobe Presenter OR Articulate
Understanding of marketing and general business principles
