You should be able to set the slide size to 320x480 you would need to take in account the player size and the browser window, also most iPhones in circulation are 640x960 or bigger.

Ted, aside from the sizing of your Storyline project, you might also want to browse some general design considerations before designing for a mobile device. I found these iOS design guidelines helpful. While some are specific to iOS UI elements, like scrolling lists, there are some good tips here for sizing buttons, color schemes, text size and info on icons.
