What version of storyline did you use? I have 2023 and it says the project won't open because the features it uses aren't available in my version of SL.
Hi Kathleen. I had the exact same challenge when I opened this file and it turned out I had missed a very recent Storyline 360 update. All I had to do was update Storyline and the file worked perfectly.
