First, click the dial on the screen, and click the "Design" tab at the top. Then, change the "End Value" field to 10.
Next, since there's currently only 5 cue points in the timeline, you will need to add 4 more cue points in the timeline to go up to 9.
The last step is to add 4 new triggers that add 1 to the "dial_turn" variable as the timeline reaches each new cue point. For example, make 4 new triggers that say:
"Add 1.00 to dial_turn when the timeline reaches Cue point #6"
"Add 1.00 to dial_turn when the timeline reaches Cue point #7"
"Add 1.00 to dial_turn when the timeline reaches Cue point #8"
"Add 1.00 to dial_turn when the timeline reaches Cue point #9"
